Mission: The oldest and largest locally-founded agency serving survivors of domestic and sexual violence in the St. Louis region, Safe Connections is the only agency providing integrated counseling and support services for women who have been victimized by domestic violence, sexual assault, rape and/or childhood sexual abuse.

Haven of Grace

Their Mission: As a ministry of faith, our mission is to empower young, pregnant women to overcome homelessness and to achieve stability.  With expectations of accountability, we provide a nurturing home, educational programs and long-term support for mother and child.  The Haven of Grace strives to instill hope, dignity and the pride of independence, one family at a time.

*Volunteers must attend orientation and complete a background check.  Haven of Grace cannot help fulfill court appointed volunteer requirements.

YWCA Sexual Assault Response Team (SART)

Mission: Legal Advocates for Abused Women (LAAW) is a not-for-profit domestic violence organization dedicated to helping victims of abuse in times of crisis.

LAAW is the only domestic violence organization in the greater St. Louis area that partners with law enforcement and criminal & civil court systems to break the cycle of violence at the earliest possible stage. LAAW provides crisis intervention and support, legal information and advocacy, safety planning and legal and social service referrals for victims of abuse (primarily low income women and their children) who have been battered, stalked, or harassed.
